1. They’re not necessary, but it doesn’t do any harm to do them anyway. It’s YOUR wedding and it’s not an everyday thing. Go for it!

2. I’m not so sure on this one, so hopefully the others can fill you in.

😀 Do what you want. We’re not doing either, but not because it’s a small wedding (less than 50 people) just ’cause we’re lazy and don’t wanna. If you want save the dates, have a blast making them. If you want to register, no one is going to complain (basically saving them effort, in my view.)

Neither one is really necessary, but if you want save the dates it’s not like it’s going to hurt anything to send them out, do them if it’ll make you happy! And it’s perfectly fine to register, doesn’t sound like it needs to be a very large one but I’m sure some people will ask about it and you can direct them to the registry.

I’m also having 30 people. We’re doing save the dates because about half of our guests are Interstate. If you want to, then do it!

That’s up to you we didn’t have any as I didn’t see the need for them. We also didn’t have a registry but I have my own place and already have everything for it so I didn’t really need anything. And most of my family helped in other ways such as with the cake, dress, set up and such.

Yes do save the dates! Tell your Fiance they’re more of a courtesy for your guests so they can plan ahead. I’d maybe do a small registry – only items you really need/want.

We’re having about 30 guests as well. The large majority are family members. We still did save the dates. With such small numbers it was cost effective too! Do what you want!
