We had 28 people at our wedding including myself and my husband! I loved it so much as it really was close family and a handful of friends. We spent time with everyone and it was so much fun. Plus we had wonderful support from everyone because everyone we invited was truly happy for us. My sister had 30 at her wedding and both of us would say It was perfect for us. No regrets.

We had 2 weddings. A small one in my husband’s country and where we live and another one in my country. The first one was small, 30 people and I had an amazing time. It was absolutely perfect, I had time to talk to every guest, sing, dance and just have a lot of fun. We were thrilled.

The other wedding was bigger, 100 people. People had fun and told us the next days how great it was, but for me – it was terribe. Everybody called me from left to right, it took me 40 minutes to get to the restroom because people were stopping me on my way, i don’t remember much about it, not even the centerpieces or music we had, i didn’t get to spend a moment with friends or family, we just gave a quick walk through every table and thanked them for being there and that was it. I didn’t eat until 6 am when people started to leave. We had a photo corner and had to stay there for almost 1 hour until we took photos with everyone. I was thirsty and had to pee but I had to stay there and smile. It was so stressful for DH and I…I couldn’t wait for guests to leave and be done with it. I prefered much more the small wedding where i actually had time to feel good too, not just my guests. If I had to do it all over again, I would skip the big wedding.

We had 50 and I loved it! I actually felt badly about not spending enough time with everyone and I couldnt imagine having a larger wedding.  The people who came were all close family and friends only and EVERYONE was crying so I felt special lol! and even though the crowd was small everyone still danced and stayed until 3am! I dont think I missed out on anything by having a small wedding other than the bill!
