So my guest list is only 20 people including me and FH and its going to be a nice little casual sunday morning brunch *bliss* But the venue I’ve chosen (though AWESOME) has a small menu
Basically brunch would be pancakes, some sort of meat (bacon/ham/whatnot), an egg dish and then another dish (I’m thinkin grits – wooh!) plus coffee, juice, mimosas, and our cake. FH thinks this is enough but I’m concerned that there isnt enough variety, especially for a wedding.
If you were to go to this wedding would you be disappointed? I honestly have no clue right now 😛 Its a good amount for breakfast at IHOP with pals but is it really wedding appropriate, even if the wedding is super casual and intimate?

I went to a wedding just like this and they had the venue had a “pancake topping bar” it made a simple and small breakfast (35ppl) really awesome and people are still talking about it. She said it cost her $55

If you could swing the topper bar, that’d be cute, but honestly the brunch menu is PERFECT. Don’t stress about it…people will love it.

I think your menu sounds perfect! you don’t need a lot of food for brunch. Offering a variety of toppings sounds fabulous. Can you offer a coffee bar (flavored coffee). I’ve seen someone else mention that and she said her guests loved it.
