Does anyone know of small, intimate, rustic wedding venues in New Jersey with a guest minimum of 100? I have fallen in love with multiple venues online but they all have minimums of 125-150 :(. My guest list is currently at 121 but I’m anticipating closer to 100. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you 🙂

I recently booked the Ryland Inn Coach House in Whitehouse Station…it has a rustic elegance that I fell in love with immediately! I’m getting married on a Friday in July and the minimum is 125 but it is 100 on Sunday’s.

Jack’s Barn in Oxford. If you’re looking for something REALLY rustic, you won’t find anything more rustic than this. I went to a wedding here last month and it’s definitely a unique space. It’s only great during the months when it’s not too cold and not too hot. We were freezing in there on a rainy April day because there’s no heat. I assume there’s no air conditioning either.
Stonehouse in Warren. They have a beautiful venue space and the grounds are gorg at any time of year!
The Primavery Regency in Stirling…We ALMOST booked them but decided against it because so many of our friends had already been married there. This place will treat you like ROYALTY. Michael, the sales person, is incredibly nice and will literally do anything he can to accommodate you. Like I said, I’ve been to two weddings there before and they do a tremendous job. Cocktail hour is beautiful, the reception room and bridal suite are newly renovated, the food is absolutely delicious and, because of it’s small size, they only accommodate one party at a time, which is a huge advantage for you!
The Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge. I went to a wedding here a few weeks ago and it was lovely. Cocktail hour was phenom! They had a party size of just under 100.
I booked The Royal Manor in Garfield and they have a variety of beautiful rooms to accommodate any size party and you’ll LOVE their hospitality. They have a really grand appearance. Almost everything in that place is marble, which is really what sold me. I really hate how literally every venue uses super loud carpeting…gross! They’re also super willing to negotiate with you. The reason I booked them is because they matched and surpassed what the Primavera offered us. The sales lady even congratulated me on incredible negotiation when we came back to sign the contract lol but it really wasn’t that much work. They were just happy to accommodate my requests.
If you’re looking for a more urban setting with views of the city skyline, there’s a bunch of venues right on the Hudson in Edgewater, Weekhawkin, Hoboken, etc. that would definitely accommodate a party of 100. They’re probably crazy pricey but they’re very pretty.
That’s a beautiful venue, bee. Congrats 🙂

There is this place nearby me, every time I pass I wish I would be invited to an event there. It isn’t overly big, and I don’t know how rustic it would be considered, but there is a big parking lot and it seems very nice.

Where in NJ? We got married at The Elan in Lodi and it was wonderful. We had 125 but they have smaller rooms to accommodate different size weddings. We worked with Meagan
