We’re still looking for the perfect engagement ring, and I went to look at some rings at Kays today. I thought I wanted a lot of finger coverage, in a big stone or large setting, but I tried on a smaller 0.30 karat ring today and I love it. I think it just looked so classic and wonderful. It’s so different from the other rings i was looking at, which are much more modern and busy.
This is the ring I fell in love with today. I love the simplicity of the smaller stone, and the rose gold together with the white gold is such a pretty combination. I even tried a bigger stone on, and I just really like this one. It’s 0.30 center, with a 5/8 total KW.

Anyone else rock a smaller stone? I know the bigger ones are the ‘norm’ on the bee, but would love to see some smaller ones!

That is pretty. My solitaire is teeny tiny (I think .18 carat) so don’t be shy.

I love my smaller stone ring! It’s a .5tw three stone ring that my fiancé picked out all By himself (center stone being .22). And with my wedding band it gets even better:) Only 184 days till I get to where both!
And that ring is gorgeous. If you love it, rock it!

@magglemay-2013: I love your whole set!
I really do like that ring. It surprised me how much I like it. Considering I was looking at over 1.5 karats! I have size 5 fingers, so not huge, but not tiny.
Any more smaller rings on the bee?
