Those are catering sterno burners that you just light and they should stay light for a few hours. Have wood sticks to roast the marshmellows and have everything else out for people to grab.  To mix it up, add some other candies or types of mallows (pb cubs, flavored marshellows, etc) You could also have grahms, or use cookies as an option as well.

The fire cans are relatively safe to cook on.  I’d check with your venue re: open flame before deciding on something like this.  My venue has a large outdoor fireplace that we will be using as a heat source.

That’s a good question. Our reception venue offers a s’mores bar (and we’re having one, yay), but I didn’t think to ask how it’s set up.
