We’re doing smores for my wedding too.  Below are pictures from a tasting with my caterer where they debuted a smores bar as an option and my inspiration photo (our bar will look more like that one).  Maybe that will help.

Love smores!

How big are the grills? I wouldn’t buy the grills because you’ll have to find a home for them afterward. Can you rent them from a local party supply store? 6 Hibatchi grills (which are not very big to begin with) will not service 200 guests and you will have miles of traffic jam. Talk to a local caterer and see what they suggest.

We’re thinking of this too! I love s’mores! But no idea how many grills. With 200 people, I’d err on the side of ordering more grills to minimize wait time.

How expensive are they? Would it be a lot of $$$ to have 10? Not all 200 people will *need* smores at once, after all.

Great idea…but is this food safe?  The warmers are chemical based flames.  Same reason you can’t roast marshmallows over a duraflame log.  Smores bar is cool tho!
