I enjoy the following, but I’m a runner so I can get away with a few more calories… I tend to focus on getting at least some protein with every single meal and snack throughout the day.

Raw broccoli and roasted red pepper hummus

reduced fat cottage cheese and a fruit cup (usually peaches, pears, or pineapples)

String cheese and fruit

Peanuts and raisins

greek yogurt (fruit on the bottom kind, oikos I think?)

I make a veggie dip with nonfat plain greek yogurt- you can mix in a packet of dry onion soup mix or dry ranch mix

Kashi crackers and cheese or peanut butter

If I think of anything else I’ll pop and in and edit… hope this helps ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m trying to lose weight. I’ve been having low fat string cheese, fat free Greek yogurt and Quaker weight-control oatmeal.

Fruit, fruit, and more fruit!!

I also love Fiber one brownies or chocolate chip cookies, 90 calories and 20% DV Fiber, only 2 WW points.

celery with peanut butter

Raisins and nuts, but with those you really need to watch your portions.

Greek yogurt, but i usually eat that for breakfast and not a snack.

I love baby carrots!

They are so crunchy and you get to eat lot of them. Always makes me feel satisfied.

Popcorn is great too. You just have to shop around for a healthy one.

My favorite thing lately has been whole wheat ritz crackers. You only get 5 of them in a serving, but they are so tasty. It still makes a great snack.

I love the 100 Calorie Cheeze Itz..I eat lots of fruits and veggies…but sometimes I just need that processed-food-carb-cheese-salty-indulgence!

Also I LOVE chocolate…Fiance and I each have one 60 calorie sugar free double chocolate jello pudding every night! Fills that sweet tooth!

laughing cow cheese wedges (50 cal each) spread on a cracker helps with any cheese cravings.

Oatmeal with some honey

i love olives, but watch the sodium

Pecans or walnuts

Summer tomatos! I can eat those every day with some salt and pepper

Also-this sounds disgusting, but kale chips are really great! and easy to bake yourself. you literally spray some olive oil and throw it in the oven
