It’s 3pm and the afternoon munchies have set in. I’m showing excellent restraint here by NOT eating (another) pack of mini powdered donuts (curse you Tastykake). Instead I opted for a small baggie of baby carrots and peanut butter. What’s everyone else having?

It’s lunch so salmon with walnuts and a side of mashed sweet potatoes. Morning snack was blueberry Greek yogurt and afternoon is kettle corn (forgot to pack fruit, usually apples or berries). If you find junk food tempting then don’t have it around

bippidyboppidyboo : mmmm donuts. Although I do love carrots and PB too!
I’m about to have some almonds, and a protein shake–vanilla pound cake flavor. It’s almost as good as real cake except…not. Haha. But much more filling.

theatrejulia : I work in an office so there is always junk food – can’t exactly tell everyone to not eat it or keep it.
mrsadams33 : yum.
mrsginger : I never could get into the shake thing, damned if I didn’t try though. Bless your strength.

I’m on Weight Watchers, so fruits, pickles, veggies and boiled eggs (I only eat the whites, I don’t like the yolks) are all “free” foods. I try to fill up on those during the afternoon so I can save my points for actual meals.
HOWEVER, I do have an entire box of Girl Scout cookies in my desk drawer right now…but somehow, I’ve been good about limiting myself to one a day.

My favorite snack is flavored greek yogurt and a sliced apple, which I dip in the yogurt!
I loooove Dannon’s Light and Fit Greek yogurt, it’s only 80 calories for a single serve container and it comes in so many amazing flavors! I’m talking key lime, apple pie, pumpkin pie, strawberry cheesecake, chocolate raspberry, and they run seasonal flavors too! 😀
If I’m feeling particularly snacky I’ll add some graham cookie snacks to dip in the yogurt as well, which are around 100-150 calories for 13-15 cookies.
Since I’m dipping everything it takes a long time to eat, which is good since it lasts longer for less calories.

Currently body building and am in my cutting phase… so protein powder mixed with water, a lowfat string cheese, carrots, and 1/4 an avocado 😀
I have to make sure my macros are on point and calories at exactly 1600 cals a day! I’m getting used to it though, and feel better than ever!
My favorite healthy snack is lowfat cottage cheese and apples, though!

Welp my new graze box arrived and that apple flap jack had my name on it. So that’s gone.

My usual snack is 1 oz. of peanuts or almonds, but unfortunately today my “snack” was a boatload of french fries “animal style,” loaded with chili, mushrooms, onions, nacho cheese, and thousand island dressing.
