Aw, I’m sorry. Definitely stock up on the peanut butter next time! Also, try Laughing Cow cheese on cucumber slices… delicious!

I hear ya! I’m snacking on granola cereal which I am not sure if that is the healthiest snack :/ but it’s delicious! It’s for a good cause though just think of how great you’ll look!

Just a few weeks ago, I posted a Facebook status about how much I hated eating raw carrots and how depressing it was.

The next day, I bought some hummus to dip the carrots in and it made all the difference.

Oooooh hummus.  I think I have some in my fridge at home.  I know what’s for dinner tonight!

OMG IK! I hate the whole healthy snacking, or eating something yummy, but only having like a bite. It sucks!

@Mandy – definitely bring in some PB or even Ranch. From what I was told, when you eat something like carrots you need to have a “fat” with it for your body to absorb the nutrients of the carrots better.

I definitely do hear you though! I am not a fan of raw carrots at all!

This is my first post, but i know what you mean.  I am on a raw food diet, and it is horrible.  I am so sick of cold blah fruit and veggies!  However, after you see your results, it will be worth it.  7 lbs in 2 weeks makes the horrible food a little more tolarable.  (sp?)

I had to add the PB. I am eating an apple and I brought a container with one tbsp of PB. It’s def not as healthy as just having and apple, but it keeps me fuller longer.

I got some spinach artichoke hummus last night for our raw carrots – and tonight, I’m going to roast some as a side dish. They can be tolerable with a little work 😉

One of my favorite snacks right now are Cutie Clementines.  They are small and easy to carry and taste great!
