I’ll be 14 wks on tuesday and i’m finding the nausea has eased up a bit but it comes on strong when i’m hungry…only relief i get is if i try eating before i start getting hungry again…
but i work a 9-5 desk job…so i need to figure out snacks i can have during the day…
What snacks do you munch on between meals?

I get packs of organic fruit snacks, protein bars (like the Special K ones), packs of greek yogurt, baggie of cheerios

Glad to hear that you are starting to feel better.
Lots os fruit, granola bars, rice cakes, animal crackers, string cheese, pita chips w/hummos or tziatki(sp).

I have a desk job, too, and I snack all day! I pack my cooler bag every morning, otherwise I wouldn’t make it through the day. I usually have pretzles, Special K bars, nuts, babybel cheese, fruit, melba toast (nausea helper), maybe an egg, and yoghurt with fresh berries with me. I only eat a light lunch, like soup, pasta salad, or a cheese sandwich because I’m eating pretty much all day anyway.

great suggestions everyone! thanks…idk why but for the life of me, i couldnt think of anything i could snack on while i worked…silly me. lol

@MamaHusky3: I usually snack on fruits (grapes, strawberries, apples) or crackers (cheese and peanut butter). Both very convenient options!

I have done a mix of nuts, whole fruit like and apple or orange, the Special K chocolate protein shakes, fig newtons, crackers (plain and those with peanut butter), graham crackers. Also, I have found that hard sugar free candies help tide me over a bit. The first few months I ate all the time but these last two months I’ve gone almost back to my normal 3 meals a day with a snack in the evening.
