Any updates on how it went with SnapSuits? We are thinking of using them for our wedding and would love to know how they turned out!

There are not many words I can use that are suitable to describe my experience or the way the CEO, Ryan Leahy, handled my situation. To make this brief, please save yourself the trouble and never, ever, order or recommend this business.  My suit came late for a wedding, required $238 of tailoring, had someone else’s initials monogrammed on it, tailor who made alterations stated it appear the suit was repurposed from another order, and had the most atrocious sewing lines.  I paid $315 for the suit and had alterations of $238.  I would have returned suit immediately without altering but the wedding was a day away and I was a groomsman so that specific suit was required.  I asked for full refund and what I got was a refund for the suit but not alterations.  I am left with a suit sewn by a 4 yr old with someone else’s initials.  You can imagine my ire.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look elsewhere and do not risk ruining your special day.

I second vincemo22. Do not use SnapSuits. Company can’t be long for this world. CEO Ryan Leahy also said he would handle my order, and failed miserably. Suit quality was meh, but my best man and I filed to receive our suits when we ordered with 8 friggin weeks out. The suits arrived, the day of the wedding. Good thing we had bought tuxes and suits the weekend prior. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Beware!!!  We are in the process of working with them and it is my biggest regret of this entire wedding planning process.  We had decided to use them because we thought it would be better than renting.. the groomsmen would get custom fitting suits they got to keep.  Except, the suits do not fit.

My fiance’s suit came – the jacket had 3 buttons, not two, like we had requested and the pants were baggy all over and too long for him.  They are in the process of making him a new suit but I am not confident it will be any better.

After being assured that the first suit was a fluke, we placed an order for 8 more navy suits – so far 6 have been delivered and all but 1 have had issues. The best man’s suit had purple stitching on the lapel, we didn’t ask for.  His jacket has to be remade.  Both my father and his father’s suit pants are too big in the waist but too small everywhere else.  My uncle’s suit pants are so short you can see his socks.

After all of these issues, I requested that they refund our party so we can order elsewhere, however, we’ve gotten no response.  My wedding is in 45 days…

Please, do yourself a favor and save the stress.  Order from a more established rental company or pay more for a local tailor.
