Dont you just love when you are sitting down at your desk with your wonderful home grown salad, and you’re excited to eat healthy today since you have the picture of your wedding dress staring at you from the office wall and you want to lose a few pounds to look your best in it…
…and then like a KNIFE someone brings a burger and fries into the office and it is ALL you can smell. Delicious artery clogging fast food.
And then your salad starts to look like a combination of manure and tar and starts to taste like sand paper.
Lol I still ate it. But MAN it was tough not to run out and grab something.

Or when you bring in a salad and someone decides to buy pizza for the office. OMG so hard to resist.

Or when you announce to your Darling Husband that you’ll be dieting for a while and he brings back chocolate and chips from the grocery store… Then when you watch a movie together, you try to be happy with snacking on brocoli and herbal tea but all you want to do is steal his bowl of chips !
I feel for you! Good job sticking to your salad!

@mommytobee: AHAH i would not be able to handle that.
I also enjoy “I’ll be home late tonight, please cook dinner”
You walk in the door…
“I made wings!!! Just wings. Thats all i wanted so i figured you would only want that too.”

Yep, that is hard!
Mmmmm…. delicious grease.
Fiance is the worst… he will bring home pizza after I just ate a turkey sandwich, and I want to eat it. All of it.

Or cupcakes… someone brought in delicous gourmet Gigi’s cupcakes for a birthday today and now they are just tempting me in the break room. But I looked up the calories and depending on the flavor they are 750-800+ calories each.

Or you have a department outing and have to watch other’s eat something that is clearly not on the diet plan ( a delicious, greasy mess)… and all I get to have is a protein and a veggie.

I’m usually the one to derail eating plans at home – usually during that certain time of the month but I give SO credit, he will stick to the original plan and not begrudge me if I want to run out for a burger or pizza. 🙂

Fiance loves chocaolate and because of my stomach problem ( and diet) I’m not supposed to eat it at night (or ever) but when he is snacking away on a huge bar of delicious cadbury whole nut chocolate its sooo hard not to steal a piece!!

It doesn’t help when the neighbors below me are cooking on their grill. It’s torture. Especially when they’re making ribs 🙁
