Not quite snowed in, but we had even more last night!

Seriously, I love snow, but enough is enough.  I’ve been wanting to get outside and ride my bicycle again, and Fiance won’t let me go when there’s ice on the ground.

Im not snowed in perse (can open the door lol) but I do have a snow day from work. Hubby went in still, but the whole way he’s talking to me telling me how bad it is. Said the snow was up to his knees, and some parts his waist because of drifting. Occasionally white out from the wind. Still snowing. He had to go into work, since he works at an animal shelter. He told me he doesnt want me to go out at all today, so it must be bad! lol He doesnt usually take this sort of thing serious, but he said it’s the worst he’s ever seen. Nobody has shoveled and streets arent clear or anything

We are semi snowed in until the hubs finishes shoveling. I am working from home though.

I’m snowed-in in Rochester… be sure you drive slow and safe!  We have about 9 inches of heavy snow and it’s blowing like crazy out!

Not snowed in… although it’s a mess outside! I unfortunately can walk to work so no snow day for me!! SO and I are suppose to drive from NYC to my parents (outside of Albany)… My Dad just told me that they have 38 inches of snow right now and it’s not stopping! I might have to cancel my trip home. 🙁

Well I should be snowed in seeing as its horrible out there but my office doesn’t really concern itself with our safety so they told us we have to be here.  I could of taken a vacation day but I need them all for the wedding.  It sucks!  Enjoy your snow day though, its always fun to have some bonus time with the FI 🙂

I’m with Jennifer.  It’s nasty outside but I had to come into work.  FI’s a teacher so he has off today.

@Jennifer_Espos – My company is similar to yours as in they are supposed to be open in inclimate weather, so I think in the whole 4 + years I have been here they only closed once. I am lucky though, as I have a laptop and cane work from home. Not the case for everyone though.

My hubs isn’t so lucky though. He has to go to work no matter what. The other person on his shift is off today and his company is open 24/7 so someone has to cover that shift.

We’re not snowed in up here but it’s definitely messy! Fiance already texted to tell me NOT to go out today, the roads are awful. We basically haven’t had a winter at all so everyone is panicking, LOL! Canadian stereotypes are thrown out the window this year!

I live in Cleveland, Ohio so unless we get a full out blizzard we are never snowed in. Drove in today and here I sit at work 🙂 I am grateful that we are able to clean thje roads so effectively in this city.
