I actually watched a TV show on this new “business” and it was pretty interesting. For those that really want physical contact (without the sex) I guess it is a safer option than picking up someone at a bar etc.

Great idea for singles I guess but not my Darling Husband.

    It actually says “nudity free”!

But still I am a NO!!!!!

I assume this service is ideal for singles only!

I guess I could see this being good for singles who are lonely and just crave physical closeness but don’t want to have sex or a one-night stand.

For my Fiance, though, no. Even if I was gone for awhile, I think he could live without the snuggling, knowing he’d be able to snuggle with me again someday in the not-too-distant future. Or he could snuggle our dog and cat if he needed a warm, live being to have contact with.

A few years ago I saw a news report about a thing called “snuggle parties”. Basically a group of strangers got together in their PJs and would just snuggle each other on mats and blankets. No nudity or anything and it actually looked pretty wholesome, but it was sad, too.

One lady selling snuggles, though… $60 for snugs and when you get there she’ll say $100 for a half and half, right? Wink

i feel like it’s sad that some people are so starved for positive emorional contact with others that they are willing to pay for snuggles. i hope i always have enough loved ones to snuggle with!

I think that sounds so odd… seriously, just get a pet if you want to snuggle!
