@mannellal:  lol i was wondering what you had said!  funny online misunderstandings  😉

@rachaelrobin:  i think your plan is good–i would delete the post and if she bugs you again (sounds like she will) send her a message being just as oddly cheerful as she is…something like  “hey!!  so nice to hear from you and thank you for your good wishes!  wedding planning is going well but im really sorry to tell you we aren’t able to invite you and your boyfriend to the wedding…thank you for understanding!”  and just leave it at that…you definitely dont owe her an explanation.

You don’t have to deactivate your fb wall. You can prevent her from seeing your wall though! You can go into your privacy settings and block her access to your account.

Don’t post wedding stuff on facebook? lol.  I don’t post wedding stuff because of this very reason.  I would remove the comment and hope she gets the hint lol.  If not, and she keeps commenting, delete her. It’s not like you guys are really close friends.  Good luck!

I would delete the post from my wall and block her. FB is the root of all evil…..

Ack – yeah I’d definatley delete her post.  But also send her a private message saying no invite so you don’t keep getting harrassed, I mean say it nicely, but it’s probably better to tell her then to have her keep harrassing you about it.

FB is so weird, or I guess more that some people act in socially bizarre ways on it.  There are some constant FB girls from my hs class whose social life revolves around FB or something.  I donno, I just hide their feeds and if they contact me respond with ridiculously boring or one line responses or ignore the messages.  It usually gets the message through and I felt bad about it at first but you can’t respond to 10,000 messages from someone you have barely talked to.

I know this is a few days old but I just wanted to point out my favorite part of her FB message:

“I want to know when the wedding is and to catch you up on my life and the boy

Nice. She’s the type that only wants to talk about herself, and then oh yea, when’s the wedding? I can’t stand those girls.
