cloud9bride :  aww im sorry that happened with your enhancer.

Now I will say I like the plain band better than the new enhancer… I feel like it looks too distracting with the new enhancer… i love the pear look and the enhancer hides it, idk.

Goid luck

I know you said you hate the band but I just wanted to say I LOVE it I think it looks gorgeous with your ring. Maybe let yourself think over it for a while before making any decisions on buying another one 😊

I also LOVE the way your first band looks with your e-ring. It’s absolutely stunning, yet doesn’t take away from your e-ring at all. Definitely mull things over before finalizing your decision! 💖

I actually like the first one a little better now that they have added some space. It looks less jumbled and you can appreciate the details better than before. I’m not crazy about how the second one looks with your ring. But at the end of the day, it’s about what you love!

Could you not get one like the original one made, but made to go with the shape of your e-ring? I had to get a shaped ring to fit mine, the band was made to fit exactly like the one in the 2nd pic (the pic.collage one) that way you could have the one you wanted, but made to fit? to get rid of the gap? I didn’t want a gap with mine so i know where you’re coming from! The second one detracts a lot from your gorgeous ering to me

So with the first band I had to really concentrate and pay attention to see where your engagement ring stopped and the enhancer started. I’m not sure if you like the fact that it all looked like one ring but I know I wouldn’t.

As for the second, I could be a little biased because I feel like engagement rings with bling oftentimes look better paired with a solid band AND I’m crazy over two toned rings, but I though that was really a very beautiful combination. Especially since your husband will be rocking a yellow gold wedding band.

I’m not loving either of the wraps. Have you thought about getting two plain fitted bands, one to wear on either side? You could do them with or without diamonds, any colour of gold.

That is really disappointing that the first wrap didn’t curve correctly, the second two tone wrap curves beautifully but at the same time I don’t like how it turns the pear into a Marquise (I have a marquise ering so I’m not bias). Since you don’t want to go custom I would speak with the jeweler and see if they can try to safely conform the first one to your engagement ring, I think that it can be slightly curved to fit a little better (not much be just slightly)

I dont like the second one at all, it looks gaudy and dated. I love pears, and I think you should find one that enhances, not hides, the pear shape.

Oh, bummer to hear that it didn’t turn out like you’d hoped.  It comes down to what sings to you.  I prefer the single fitted band- I know you mentioned that you felt it was bottom heavy, but I believe it supports and highlights the pear shape.  You could consider getting that in yellow gold, to match your FH!
