I think it depends on how much you don’t like your current upgrade. You could always talk to a designer and see what that process/cost is going to be like and then make the decision from there to go forward or wait for a stone that may/may not come out.

And I do like ice cream; especially mint chocolate chip or rocky road.

Get one of those kickass settings with your current diamond.  It will totally change the look of the diamond and look more unique than an asscher.

You have been wanting a halo for your princess for ages, I say go for it.  You have the beautiful stone, I don’t see why you would wait around for the Amora.  When it comes out, then you can decide if you want one and if so, what you want to do with it

Hey, it’s possible it could be another 3 or 4 years before the Amora Gem’s widely available.  Plus, you’ve wanted a halo for so long!  And I love the idea of a baguette halo so much!  I say get it reset!

I had my ring reset for my 3rd anniversary and it’s made me fall in love with it all over again, plus I get to keep the original stone. I say reset!

The fourth picture is beautiful!!!!  I would wait for your dream diamond.  You’ve been this long without it, what’s another two years.
