i bought p90x today…. tomorrow i have to go get the resistance bands…. and take my before pictures and measurements… i have already lost 20lbs on weightwatchers so i hope just pumps up my weightloss/toning! im excited!

I am in the middle of week 3. I really, really enjoy the program so far. The first few days were hard on the body, but it quickly got better. The hardest part is the commitment it takes. It’s everyday, and it’s over one hour each workout – you will have to fight to stay motivated and not skip a workout.

ladies… i just have to say… it is no joke… i just finished day 2… plus i went kayaking this morning… and my whole body hurts… bad…. but itll be so worth it!
