So minus the fact I was trying to lose weight, and stressed out about the wedding 4 months away… I found out we are expecting!!! I mean we are VERY happy. It just kinda bad timing. Lol. I guess no champagne toast or drinky on the honeymoon. Lol. I am 35 and my our baby is almost 12!!!! I finally get to marry her daddy after 9 years of seperation and we are pregnant again!! I kinda want to keep it a secret untill the wedding. And just make the big announcement then. Not to mention I am so early Iand God forbid somehing happens, I don’t want to have to explain over and over. What do you guys think? I shouldn’t be showing by then … I hope. I I really don’t want to upset my parents who are paying so much for this wedding. Or is that rude? I am really in OMG mode. Help!!

Congratulations! hopefully you wont be showing although you do tend to show sooner with your second than your first so just something to consider perhaps. You can drink appletiser which looks like champagne or sparkling elderfower nobody will ever know.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! I’ve been praying each month that we don’t have an “oops” as we get close to the wedding… not that we wouldn’t be excited, of course, but would certainly throw a monkey wrench into some of the plans 🙂 That is amazing that things have worked out with your Fiance like that, what a happy surprise! Will your dress be able to accommodate your possible belly and growing chest? Every woman is different but even if your stomach isn’t showing, you’ll probably be looking pretty busty by then. Would your parents be upset with this news? Why would they think it’s rude??

Congrats! 4 months is PERFECT timing – you’ll be out of the first trimester yet probably not showing too much so you will be comfortable and have a great time. Such exciting news!

YAY! Such exciting news ! As MrsWBS said, you’ll have a great time at that stage of pregnancy !

Thank you guys! I can’t tell you how excited we really are. And what a BLESSING it was to tell him and we both started crying in happiness! Not freaking out. Lol. First time 13 yrs ago was rough. Lol. Now back when I was 22 and had my daughter I didn’t show untill 6 moths. My dress should be good on my bust… as long as those puppies don’t get too big. Lol. My dress as far as my tummy…. well lets just say I really don’ have much growing room. Now with that being said… scarry part is when I first became pregnant with my daughter… I lost 25 lbs due to morning sickness. So not that I want to go through that again… but it would help with my dress fitting. I am scared my parents will be over whelmed if I tell them now. They will be happy but they are getting 2 new grand kids with this already. They love his children and are close with them. They have know them most of thier lives. I just don’t know.

how sweet 🙂
you shouldn’t be showing, just don’t pick a really tight dress just in case

FWIW, I had terrible morning sickness with #1, and very, very mild with #2.
However, I looked noticeably pregnant by 7 weeks with #2. Granted, this may be because we had very little gap between our kids, but you should be prepared for the possibility you might be showing well before 4 months.

@Salas2Sierra: Congratulations!!! I was 31 and 3 months pregnant at the time of our wedding. You’ll be fine, just make sure to relax! It actually ended up putting what was important and what wasn’t into perspective for us. Congrats again!
