I used to work at a sports venue and was constantly getting hit on, like guys thought that I was there just for them to try to pick up. My favorite stories were the guys that were very clearly there with their wives and would ask me to go out after the game or tell me how beautiful I was. A couple guys even had their young sons with them when they did it! I couldn’t believe it, even though some were drunk.

One guy told me he was going to go have a few beers then take me home with him, he clearly was wearing a ring and his 6 year old son was right there! I learned to laugh it off I guess.

Before my husband & I got married I had something like this happen. Creepy creeeeps!

We was engaged at the time – I went out with a friend to a different town. She was going to see her boyfriend at that time. So she sees someone she knows (& that I knew as well) so she pulls up to him. He walks over to my window & after some conversation he looks at me & says “So are you still getting married?” I say “Yes!” He said “Oh.” Silent moment… Him –> “So you want to go out, maybe come to my place alone & chill?” Me, “Uhm, NO!” *Rolls up window & tells friend to go.* & If you knew him you would know he is the type that tried to be “a ladies man” to every lady he knows.

I haven’t seen him nor spoken to him since that day. lol

These people weren’t strangers which was worse in my opinion, but I’ve been asked to straight up cheat on Fiance (who was my Boyfriend or Best Friend at the time) because what he doesn’t know won’t kill him.  These were asked by supposed friends.  Lovely.

I get hit on ALOT at work, so I wear a simple silver band on my wedding finger since SO and I are not yet engaged or married (SOON!). When guys ask I tell them I’m married and they are usually done asking questions.

One particular day I forgot to wear it and a older man came in right as we opened so no one else was in the store and I was the only one up front. He procedes to give me a speach about how pretty I am and how he’d like to take me out yadda yadda. I tell him I’m married and he responds “well I don’t see a ring” So i told him it was being sized. He told me that since there is no ring I can do whatever I want and even if I was wearing a ring “it doesn’t mean anything”

I could have punched him lol.

Once when I was engaged, I was driving home from work.  A car pulled up next to me at a stoplight and motioned for me to roll down my window.  I figured the guy needed directions to somewhere or something.  When I rolled down my window, the guy asked if I was single and if he could take me out sometime.  I told him no and flashed him my ring and he said “too bad” and rolled up his window and went on his way.

He wasn’t nearly as persistent as some of your guys but I did think it was pretty balls-y to stop me while driving.

I’m not engaged or married, but when I told a guy once a I had a boyfriend, he kept insisting that I should give him my phone number anyway just in case it didn’t work out.

Another time, I was having drinks with my boyfriend and his coworkers and as we were saying goodbye to leave, one of them slips a napkin onto my hand with his number on it. that was weird. my bf confronted him the next day and he said he didn’t remember. whatever.

but that craziest of all happened to my friend. We were out and when this one guy hit on her, she showed him her ring and said she was married and he replies “well so am I. we can still get together. You and I can have sex and your husband can have sex with my wife.” Super crazy nuts! lol.

Hehe, thats funny, but awkward! I wouldn’twant to go to Yoga anymore! lol

A couple summers ago, I would go for walks with my son in the stroller. I would do lunges up the hill by our house. So this neighbor ( who has offered me a ride home from work once, where I declined) sees me doing lunges up the hill by my house. So he pulls up in his truck and says, ” you inspire me”,( eyeroll) where I carry on, and say, ” Oh thanks”. And he says, ” Your son is cute, I have a daughter”, and I proceed with, ” Oh great, have a nice day!”, the neighbor doesn’t stop though, and says he sees me walking all the time, and asks if I have a boyfriend. I tell him “yes, I do! “And he says he never sees him walking with me! So I say, well, thats because he’s usually working when I’m walking. Now remember. He is in his truck pulled over, I’m on a hill, without a sidewalk, when I tried to walk away he pulled ahead. It was very awkward!

So he finishes with, ” Well if ya ever get bored with him, you know where I live!”.

Needless to say, I never did lunges up that hill again, or walked by his house.

@MrsNeutrino:  I actually am totally okay being a total bitch.  I don’t have time for idiots, and that includes men hitting on women that aren’t available and/or interested.  I probably would have openly mocked him.  “Are you serious?  hahaha, like I would go out with you…”

I get hit on at work all the time and usually I just laugh it off. The worst though was on Christmas at 2 am my ex texted me “too bad you’re engaged, one more time would’ve been nice”. I’m 100% sure he was drunk, but still…

lol, some people have no shame haha

I use to get flirted with, asked out, and looked up and down alot at one of my old jobs to the point where I actually BOUGHT a cheap engagement ring from Wal-Mart to go with this cheap band from Avon I had to match a bridal set so I could lessen the idiots always hitting on me

well this one guy, alittle boozed up, had the balls to ask me out so I told him I was married and showed him my fake rings (haha) and he whispers “So am I.. but what they don’t know what kill them”

lol…seriously… ?

That is craycray O_O

Craziest thing that happened to me…I was pumping gas, then went inside to buy water. As I am walking out, the guy standing behind me in line is weirdly walking way to close to me…he then asks me if I am in a relationship where am I going yada yada…I was in a relationship but I just answered it’s none of your business. He then begs to get my number, I decline. He says to take his and how he never does this but when he saw me he felt something. I didn’t take his number…a week later I’m at starbucks with a friend and guess who is there with his HOT wife and three kids??? I wanted to throw up.
