Any other encore brides feel that way? I think already having had a wedding, you realize the things that matter and the things that your guests will never notice. I’m so much more chilled out this time 🙂

In some ways, I am more conerned about the details. I have more money and time now.

Well I’m a first time bride and I’m not very concerned about the details. I’m beginning to think I’m not stressed out enough!

@julies1949: Same here!
@AirForceWife78: This wedding is a much bigger deal than my first. I was way too young (and broke) the first time around and basically got married because we had a child together. I never had a real wedding the first time and I assumed I never would, so the fact that I am now able to have the wedding (and man) of my dreams is actually a little overwhelming!

Maybe it’s because I had a big wedding the first time. This time it just seems to much easier and relaxed!

@AirForceWife78: I’m finding the same thing. Honestly, I can’t even remember my wedding cake, can barely remember the favors, the color scheme thing still throws me off, I don’t remember what my flowers were except that they involved calla lillies.
This time, I’m not stressing about the details because I know I probably won’t remember a bunch of them, and if I won’t, neither will my guests! It’s just easier to be more laid back this time.
