I was a bit confused by the website and the moment after I hit the order button I realized that I had ordered my Fiance the wrong color vest from Korea. I was quick on the email and they were very happy to correct my order. As soon as they shipped the order they realized there had been a mix-up with their shipping department and they had sent the vest color that I had originally ordered. They emailed me to inform me of the mistake and asked me to refuse the package and they would express ship the correct vest. I went and talked to my apartment manager who signs for our packages and she agreed to reject the package. Our normal manager that we deal with went on vacation and didn’t leave a note about my package. The other apartment manager who is not nearly as nice accepted the package. We talked to her about sending it back with the mail carrier. The next day I found it shoved into our mailbox. At that point I was really irritated that I was going to have to pay for shipping back to Korea because the shipping both ways cost more than the vest. Out of curiosity we decided to open the package to see the vest before we sent it back.
It turns out they sent us the right color vest in the first place >.< So all those mix-ups and miscommunications resulted in us actually getting what we ordered in half of the estimated shipping time. Well, at least I know they have great customer service and impeccable English before I order the rest of the vests for the wedding party.
