I want to lose some weight before my engagement party (5 weeks)
I KNOW HOW TO….I LIKE healthy food and I do love running…I hate strength training but have a great program set up by my personal trainer…..
I just need more motivation…..I need to KEEP GOING…..
anyone else with this problem?

I recently spent 2 months binge eating and gained 10 pounds of the 63 I lost but I just began running last week and started weight watchers 2 days ago.. so DON’T GIVE UP! I feel MUCH better when I run and eat healthy!
How much more weight are you trying to lose? I want to lose about another 30 pounds.

between 15-20 lbs before the wedding…..Not a lot and totally doable….just need to get my butt in gear….
So far I ate healthy today and drank lots of water….tmw I will be running in the morning and strength training at night…..

so about 5-7 lbs in 5 weeks would be a good start….
