It’s lovely, and you look rocking in that dress. I tried it on and looked horrible, so I’m glad to see it looks amazeballs on someone else!

Firstly, welcome to the Hive!

Secondly, I really, really, really love this dress! It is so feminine and has a definite character to it that sets it aside from other wedding dresses. I also agree with a PP that it balances you out very well. I think the bigger skirts look even more amazing on tall brides. I am sure it will look just as gorgeous in ivory, but I also like the blush! Do you have any pictures of other dresses you tried on for comparison? With a lovely figure like that, I am sure you look gorgeous even in rags!

@ejacques18:  Haha, I would do the same. I tried on a blush dress a little while ago and it was gooorgeous, but I too would have been scared to make the leap. I don’t know why!

ETA: The other dress you posted looks great on you also (like I suspected), but there’s definitely a certainly “wow” factor that I’m feeling with the first dress. Great choice, seriously!

That dress is beautiful! I don’t think it needs a thing, and it looks wonderful on you. I actually think it’s better for tall girls to wear bigger dresses–the dress doesn’t overwhelm a tall girl like it can short/small girls, and column dresses can make tall girls look REALLY tall. Good choice! I am sure it will look awesome in ivory as well, as that color seems to complement your skin tone.
