so we are getting married May 25, 2013…we met with our venue friday…as in May 10…I called earlier in the week to set up the appointment, per the Venue’s request. So when I called the manager, the guy we have been talking to since we booked almost a year ago and have talked to several times since of course, he informed me that there was a wedding coordinator. Seems GREAT because it was hard to keep a hold of him at times…so we met with her… and OMG I wanted to RIP MY HAIR OUT! she wanted to CHANGE everything…she informed us that they were not responsible for set up for the ceremony (at an all in one venue) She suggested we have our groomsmen and ushers carry 80 chairs back into the dining room after the ceremony. She also suggested that we take our 100 guests and move them from the dining room to the bar, which at most holds a tight 50 people… I talked with her a few minutes ago and explained that the manager had promised we would not have to tend to the chairs or anything as that was part of our fee’s that were already paid.
I really just feel like WTF are we doing this late in the game
