I lost a pave stone in my ring three times.  The last time it happened they just replaced it.  Took over a week each time

So sorry this happened to you but just be thankful for that protection plan. If you explain that your repair is urgent for that reason then I am sure they will help you out!

Oh, that happened to my previous e-ring three times. One of the sidestones fell off twice, and one other sidestone as well. It was a fault with the settings/prong and I got my money for the rings and insurance back.

My new ring is a solitaire. I don’t want to take any chances going through all this again this time around.

Oh that sucks.  I had that happen last Christmas.  Woke up on Christmas day to find that a large center stone fell out.  I was so upset.  WHen they resized my ring they tried to make sure everything was tight but I guess there was still a chance it wouldn’t be.  The ring was originally a size 7 and resized to a 4.  So when it happened the jeweler had to send it to their headquarters and basically have them take it all apart, melt the ring and start over.  I haven’t had problems since.

Yup!  Knocked the center stone clean out!  Don’t worry, they’ll get your ring reset and polished up in no time!  It happens!
