Make a list of all of the things you have to do/pack. Start on them 1 by 1 and cross them off. When you are done, reward yourself by researching/creating a list of the things you are excited to do while there or buy a fun new item of clothing/book to read/etc.

I second making a list. I get stressed when preparing for trips and making lists definitely helps me relax and stay focused. Guatemala for 6 weeks sounds wonderful!
