My wedding is in two weeks. I’m trying my hardest to get everything finished. I cannot find anyone to marry us, I’m regretting my wedding dress, struggling to lose just a few pounds, and trying to get all decorations. Sorry..I need to vent. I am extremely stressed out. 🙁

So sorry you are under this pressure! Let some of the smaller things go and focus on just getting done what you need. It will all come together and no one but you will know anything was missing. Good Luck!

Sounds like you have your work cut out for you…
Can one of your friends be ordained online?
I think every bride has some uncertainties, at different points, about their dress. As long as it fits, I’m sure it will be lovely! DON’T go on any crash diets! Can you ask for help about any decorations? If you don’t have ANY, there are some simple, inexpensive ways to decorate- lanterns, simple greenery,e tc. Depending on your event space, you may not need any!
Also, just focus on marrying the person you love! That is the truly beautiful thing!

@MissSerendipity: You can do this! Everything will come together wonderfully, and at the end of the day, *BONUS* you will be married! Whooo! Keep your chin up and believe in your ablility to get everthing done. And smile. Smile lots 🙂

Thanks, I really need some encouragement! Now to get all of this stuff bought and the decorations put together. Looks like I’m going to be busy.

You can do it!! Don’t stress about the weight – crash diets just make things worse and more stessed. And decorations aren’t really all that important. And I’m sure your dress is beautiful and once your day rolls around you’ll remember why you bought it in the first place. I definately think getting an officiant is the first order of business as that’s pretty essential to the whole “wedding” thing. But once that is done, do what you can but don’t overload yourself. As long as you’re married at the end of the day – it’s a success.
