Maybe it’s only because these pictures seem to have been taken when they were new, but they look like crap. They’re going to snag on things like crazy and from far away look like you’ve got a thing growing on your finger rather than something pretty. I don’t hate dermals but this seems kind of awful.

Yuck. I seriously needed a warning to give me a heads up so I wouldn’t click on this. I literally feel nauseated looking at these.

It’s been a thing for years. I have one (not on my finger) for 10+ yrs. Friend of mine did the ring finger and took it out 3 days later. Your body rejects it bc it thinks it’s a splinter and pushes it out.

I have a low tollerence for dermal piercings in general… they set my teeth on edge and make me feel a little nauseous, but these? OMG! My ring hits or catches on things 20 times a day. I can’t see how this wouldn’t catch on EVERYTHING and just get ripped out immediately. A dermal piercing on other parts of the body might be fine as long as it’s not catchin on clothing, but on your finger, it would catch on or bang up against things all day long!

An infection waiting to happen. Personally I think it looks very juvenile but that’s just my take.

Honestly I think it looks gross and painful.  And talk about never being able to take that off easily.

This makes me nauseous. I love the way dermals look in some photos but practically speaking I think they’re gross and more trouble than they’re worth.
