I find this so, horribly disrespectful. It’s one thing to add a “registry” page on your wedidng website, but to specifically denote preferred gifts and have an “advertisement” like this is absurd.

Out of spite I wouldn’t give them a damn thing. So rude. Be happy for what people get you and don’t mention anything else about it!

So annoying…its fine to register at a store and if people ask you tell them but to post a whole site around it is way to much.
