@oxstardust421xo:  You have a year my dear, plenty of time to drop 12lbs. No quick fix but you just have to push yourself when you want to stop or cheat on the food. Cut out all white bread and pasta, eat whole wheat instead…seariously just a slight change helps. Do cardio….walk , jog, run…just sweat….it will come down.
