longatlast :  Sorry you’re stressed! That sounds awful. I would take 15-30 minutes (I know it probably feels like you don’t even have that to spare, but you do!), and do something for yourself. Have a glass of wine, take a bath, watch your favorite show, sit outside, nap, or do yoga. Let yourself be refreshed. Then tackle each task one at a time. You can do this!
