The only thing I really do not like at all, is anything tarty; I don’t really see the ‘point’ of really short dresses, to me that’s not a wedding dress, it’s just a regular dress. I also don’t like loads of cleavage/boobs half hanging out, see-through fabric (like wear you can actually see their stomach), etc. The other thing I don’t like at all is a shapeless or ill-fitting dress, it just does people no favours (eg wear you see a larger lady in a dress that is far too tight, and she has rolls of fat coming over the top; it’s just isn’t a good look; or someone really slim whose dress looks like it’s drowning her, again, not a good look)

Otherwise, there are things I personally wouldn’t choose, but I don’t ‘hate’ them, because I think they suit other brides. Like, I wouldn’t choose satin or a shiny fabric because it just isn’t ‘me’, but other brides look great in it. And I personally wouldn’t have a really big skirt, or loads of ruffles, but I’ve seen some dresses with those things and thought ‘wow’; just, not for me.

I know I am in the minority here, but I love the way pick ups look!  I don’t know that I will want them on my dress…but I think they are pretty!

I also love cap sleeves, very pretty.

I again, am probably in the minority here, but I hate strapless.  I know it’s very popular, but I refuse to wear a strapless gown.

I also am not a fan of the one shoulder look or ruffles.

my total dislike is strapless gowns. They flatter very few figures and make many look ugly

Why is this still open but the “Wedding NO-NOs” was closed?  The title itself denotes that it’s mocking peoples choices…
