Last night i had a nightmare that i got pregnant 9 months before our wedding…..
let me tell you this is my worst fear (other then the groom running out on me; lmao) it seems to be trendy these days but i know that being pregnant would ruin my whole idea of my dream wedding and our all of our planning and all the things we got excited about would be flushed down the drain..
1. were having a destination (cruise) wedding to the bahamas … and ive seen that there are some limitations to pregnant women on cruises for some reason.
2. i would not be able to sport a baby bump in my dream dress…
3. being on a hot island when im about to pop wouldnt neccersarly be enjoyable..
4. my parents would kill me…
5. i would have to change my honeymoon from walt disney world cause thats a lot of walking and i wouldnt be able to get on the rides …
6. in all honestly id be lucky to experience 1 -5 because if i did end up getting pregnant we would probably have to elope somewheres quick in jersey so we could put the money we intended to use for our wedding for preparing for the baby.
i know i may come off sounding selfish .. but i feel like this would be one thing that would change everything! lol what are your worst fears of events that could happen before your wedding day? and how do you feel about being pregnant on your wedding day?

Well, my cousin stole my wedding date. And yes I literally mean stole it. When Fiance and I announced to our families that we were getting married and that we had set the date, I got an email from my cousin saying that she wanted that day. 2 weeks later, we got her Save the Dates in the mail along with a note that she had already booked the venue and “appreciated my understanding”… And, as I’ve posted before, lots of my family memebers think that I should have my wedding in a month where nothing else is going on. I’m already getting flack about having my May 2012 wedding, because my little brother graduates that month and who knows who else might get married that month. But hey, May 19th is my day, so anyone else can just get over it…
And getting pregnant before the wedding would be a nightmare for me as well. Fiance and I are young and don’t want kids for a long time, if we can ever have them. (Thanks reproductive organs!)

I got hurt at work in April and had to have stitches in my forehead. And a couple of months ago a woman got hurt at my work and broke her ring finger. So as of right now, those are two of my worst fears. I think I could live with being pregnant at my wedding as long as it hadn’t been nine months pregnant or right around the due date. I’ve also been paranoid at times that one of fiance’s cousins will get engaged and choose the same weekend we did since they historically have really short engagements.

Getting pregnant was defin. on the list of worst things that could happen.
A couple others were breaking a bone right before the wedding and breaking out in a horrible rash I used to get (eye swallon shut, red patches, itchy as hell, etc…)

Anything traumatic happening to anyone in our families. Being pregnant. I have been home sick with nausea for the past 4 days. My co-workers were teasing me about being pregnant. I quickly tested that one out as I would be due during our wedding month!!! Longest 3 minutes of my life! No shotgun wedding here! 🙂

Hahaha. Um lol, I think being on that time of the month would suck or having cramps that day or it being that time of the month on my last fitting and the tamp leaks. lol. Or eating/drinking somthing on last fitting that would give me the runs and also ruin the white dress. haha.

Yeah getting pregnant would be pretty bad. I also had a nightmare that my wedding was tomorrow! I had nothing ready, just the dress and venue, I had NO makeup on and I was crying because it was time to walk down the aisle and I looked like crap.

That is the near fear. Especially because I have a lot of friends that have gotten married and all of a sudden, 2 months later, she’s 2 months pregnant. Hmmmmm.
The other one is what @LisaC said above. I’ve had nightmares that I woke up and it was the day of the wedding, and we forgot to send out invites. Or we’re at the altar and my Fiance left the wedding bands at home. Nothing was ready – I could get my hair and make up done, my photographer didnt show. Just craziness.
The worst thing that could happen right before my wedding is our old pup passing.
She’s very old and we’ve had her for 7 yrs. She’s my Fiance world. And we know her time is coming, but we’re hoping it wont happen until after the wedding. If it does before, we’ll cope … but, it will be very hard for both of us as we consider her our child. lol
That would stink.
