Ugh don’t get me going, Iv;e had 3 bad experiances with travel agents all related to trying to figure out this honeymoon and no luck or idea where we were going.

I don’t know if we should do it all ourself, or try to get a package thingy….I’m thinking south of Playa Del Carmen somewhere in an all inclusive. I hear thats nice, affordable and not too touristy.

Course with the amount this wedding is costing we could be honeymooning in our back yard with only a view of the fat hairy neighbor guy working on his car….ISH!

I can’t wait to see what everyone else says, maybe it will help me get moving.

We’re planning on Hawaii – either split between Maui and Kuai or a cruise to all 4 islands.

Just decided this week! Dubai and the Maldive Islands!

There’s no direct flight to the Maldives from NY, so the choices were to fly through Dubai or Singapore. So why not stay a night in Dubai? Can’t wait!

Dubai and Maldives~ fancy.  The Maldives are our dream honeymoon destination but prices seem to be out of our budget.  Are you using a travel agent or booking it yourself?

St Lucia and Puerta Rico. 🙂  To split up the long flight from the Northwest we are spending a couple of night in San Juan.  Then off to St. Lucia at the Ladera and Ti Kaye resorts.  Super excited!!!  We were going to do Tahiti but it got tooo expensive!!!!  $40- for breakfast!!  I wish the dollar wasn’t so low right now!

We are thinking of skipping the honeymoon all together for now and going later as our wedding has gone out of control financially.

We did (and I still would like to think) consider going on a 3 week cruise which tackles Hawaii, all of French Polynesia (Bora Bora, Moorea and the like), New Zealand, and Australia. The other alternative is to run off to Western Europe. Who knows, we’ll see!

We’re going old school – Vegas, baby!  Good food, great shows, and a sexy, delux room overlooking the city of lights.  Neither of us have ever been before, and we’re psyched.

India! Sooooo excited and so looking forward to travelling again – we usually go o/s every year but skipped this year’s in favour of affording a wedding + house deposit 🙁

To make up for it we’re going to be staying in some amazing (but still fairly cheap!) heritage hotels – converted castles and forts etc. SO excited, wish it was sooner!
