headoverboots :  Mostly silk ferns! I also had ordered some silk peony leaves. I wired/hot glued the flowers & leaves together and popped everything into the hole drilled into the log. I also attached pinecones to the same wire and wove those in. Cutting the sheet moss without it getting everywhere was the most difficult part. My bouquet had ferns, ferns, ferns, and also a decorative variety of green kale. My BMs had a cream-center kale with a whole bunch of ferns.

PorcelainBelle :  So gorgeous! I’d love some details on where you bought your greenery and those gorgeous glass (I have no idea the actual name) bell top things.

headoverboots :  Just noticed this, sorry!

We did use real greenery, I just had DH go and cut a bough of juniper and one of pine then I stripped them down to the size I wanted and wired them into the bouquet. I thought at first I might have to dry them, but they worked out great fresh. I still have my bouquet on my mantle and the greenery is dry now, but still looks beautiful!

headoverboots :  Thanks!  It was such a fun day.  I’m so happy with how it all turned out and I’m so happy I get to be married to that guy 😀 My hair is what it is lol.  I’ve shaved my head twice over the years, it took me to about 30 before I really embraced it.  My DD is 16 and has even crazier curls than me, and hers is really short right now.

tmpierson :  Some greenery was from ebay (ferns & moss), some (the leaves for the bouquets) was from an online store called Koch & Co. The cloche jars came from a cheap decor place at our local shopping centre!
