My band is 1.5 mm at the thinnest, 2 mm at the thickest at the bottom. Platinum, size 5, 0.7mm stone. I never worry about it’s strength, I love the look of the thin band.

My ring is 2.5 at the bar and tapers to 1.5 at the stone.  I lIke the fact that you can’t put two maybe three bands with it aND it doesn’t overwhelm the finger

Hurray for thin bands!! I love love love them!!  It is not a solitaire but it is a custom thin band at 1.4mm. My wedding band is 1mm!  My ring size is 4.5 and 1.4 diamond

My solitare is about 1.25 and my band is 2mm.  I wouldnt go any thinner unless I was getting a pave band…then I would consider 1.5mm.  I like the 2mm beause it givesIMG_4267 the ring a nice weight.  My fingers are long and size 7.5 any thinner the ring wouldn’t look right.

2mm pave band on a size 5.25.  If you’re concerned with durability, definitely go with 14k.  Less gold means less soft.  Personally I wouldn’t want less than 2mm for my band, I really like it just the way it is.

Mine is 2mm plain shank, not a solitaire though. My previous solitaire setting had a 3mm band and with going down to 2mm I can really feel the difference.

I actually really like the feeling of a thinner band, to me it is more comfortable. I do experience spinning but it’s also because my ring is now top heavy. I wear a size 5 and my ring is 14K.

1.2-1.5mm pave band, 0.5 ct center stone on a size 7 finger. I haven’t had a single issue with warping, bending, etc, and I am pretty good at slamming this sucker into walls and tables.
