My faves are the curved band (and I’m normally not a curved band fan), the eternity in pic 7, and the channel set in the last pic.  Here’s mine.

My wedding band is similar to the first curved wedding band pic you have.  I love the simplicity of the band!  The pics don’t do it justice but I found my band really emphasizes the center stone of my Ering (which is what I wanted).

LouieV:  Thank you! Yes that one is so juicy and I want it for an anniversary one day ๐Ÿ™‚

It is a 3.5mm shared setting band. Theyre all from Tiffany.

mrs24:   You know, I actually like it when my wedding band moves and it’s not perfectly aligned.  When that happens it gives the look of what my rings would look like with a spacer and I also really like being able to see the curve of the wedding band and the diamond solitaire when it’s separated.  My center diamond is 1.3 ct.

Regarding if you get an upgrade or halo, I found my wedding band looks great with a bigger diamond or halo setting.  I have the Tiffany’s Elsa Perertti wedding band, and when I stopped by Tiffanys the other day I tried on a 3.16ct round solitaire and also a 3ct radiant halo Ering with my wedding band.  I had the same concern as you so when I tried them on so I was super happy they both looked really good with my band.  The 3.16 ct round solitaire looked SUPER big on my hand because the curvature of the wedding band made it very pronounced.  Even my Mother-In-Law who has a 3ct halo diamond ring said the 3.16ct looked absolutely gigantic and couldn’t believe it was a similar ct size as hers.

I must say that I like the first pic (with the curved band) and the fourth one, but the curved one really complements your ring. It’s stunning.

I went the custom route eventually after trying on a whole bunch of bands and not finding what I wanted.

Robyn0214:  Love your set! Do you mind sharing info? How many mm are the wedding band and band on your e-ring? And if you don’t mind, how big is your e-ring stone? (you know, to compare proportion with the band width). ๐Ÿ™‚

wonderlily:  Sure, glad to share!  Wedding band is 2.3mm 14k white gold with .35 lab created diamonds, solitaire setting is 2.68 at the top and tapers down to 1.90 (it looks thinner than the band, guess because is a domed surface).  Center stone is a 7mm moissanite (approx 1.25 carat equiv.) and my ring size is 9.

Robyn0214:  Thanks for sharing! It all complements each other so well and looks perfect on your hand!

I guess I have to wait and see what setting he picked (solitaire, but don’t know width yet) before I go thinking about what size band to match with it! Just gonna keep “gathering ideas” (stalking ring threads) in the meantime! ๐Ÿ˜‰
