Two things:  One- when I google marquis solitaire with band it looks like a lot of them just have a simple band slid under the diamond.  It the profile of the diamond is high enough you might be able to do it.

 

Two- if that doesn’t work out you could always get a quote for a custom one

I have looked at probably HUNDREDS of w bands and all of them for under my marquise solitaire but I still haven’t found exactlythhem look I want. You should be able to get away with just about anything because of the way the headholding the marquise is shaped:

I have seen so many beautiful wraps though, that I think I might pick one up eventually as a way to doll up my solitare. I think wraps were made for marquise stones on 🙂

My wedding set has a gap, but I have learned to love it bc it looks like two separate rings and I cannot wait to get married to my best friend in may! 🙂
