We want to write a few sentences about the Maid/Matron of Honor, Bridesmaid or Best Man, Best Man, and Groomsmen. Basically to tell the guests who they are, how we met, etc…
What other info could we say?
So far for the Maid/Matron of Honor all I have so far is how we met and who she is…

I’d say something about a funny time or story you had with the person. For one of my friend’s weddings she put something in another BMs blurb about how the two of them had made me a penis cake for my 21st birthday. Granted, she said something like “intricatly shaped cake” or something instead of penis cake but those of us who knew the story knew exactly what she was talking about. The blurb about me talked about us louding singing Rent songs and Disney music in my car/our sorority house together.

Tell us and then maybe that will help you get it out and down in words and you can tweak from there. For our website we basically said something like “Bakerella met ____ in university during ____ class. They’re favourite activity is playing Wii Lego Indiana Jones. Mr Bakerella is convinced he’s marrying a teenage boy….”
Or “Mr Bakerella and Groomsmen ______ have been friends since childhod when they tried to ride their bikes off the roof of the house. Groomsmen _____ is now married to his beautiful wife _____ and enjoys teaching his boys how to safely ride a bike.”

We did this on our wedding website. We basically wrote a little paragraph about each person. It was like a little bio. We included information like: their hometown, college, where they currently live and what their job is, their hobbies, how we met them, spouses or fiances, etc. We just kept it casual and wanted to include information so people could get a feel for who they are.

At a friend’s wedding she had each of the BM/GM write a like and dislike each. It was pretty cute and creative!

I was in a wedding where the bride and groom wrote a funny joke or characteristic about each bridesmaid/groomsman.
Mine was “She is the only girl who can fall out of a raft and not get wet…bridesmaid Jessica!” and then we would walk out.
Mine came from one of our white water rafting trips (my first rafting trip actually) I was the only one to fall out of the boat and I landed on a rock…
Anyway…cute little factoids.

Thank you! Those help a lot.
Maid/Matron of Honor and I have lots of funny stories but I can’t think of a single one with BM!
