Good tip!  I literally do forget to take a minute and breathe sometimes.

Here’s what has worked for me… 

Long walks.  It boosts endorphins, gives you time to think, and gets you into better shape for the wedding… maybe not as fun as having a drink or eating some chocolate, but definitely better for you. 

DON’T TAKE YOUR STRESS OUT ON YOUR FIANCE!  You may be upset, but it’s not his fault if the caterer messes up, one of your BMs does something sh!tty or your mom is driving you crazy.  So don’t take it out on him– he’s on your team!

@seven12: Agreed! Walks are so awesome to relieve stress.

Also, I go through old pictures of my fiance and I as well as listen to music that puts me in a good mood. It helps me to remember to not sweat the small stuff…it’s about you and your fiance. Never lose focus of that! 🙂
