I don’t exactly have something blue yet so I am debating adding blue to my corset or garter or something. I’m going to DIY this and I’m hoping someone else has… Can you ladies show me pics of your something blue?

My something blue is my shoes and my crinoline.
For my friend who is getting married next year, I will be embroirering her initials and her future hub with their date on a little white piece of fabric so she can sow it on her dress. That might be something you could do.

Ooh! Nice excuse for another ring lol. I might have to do that. That ring will always be special to you, I bet.

Some great Ideas, I can’t alter this gown much like with a tag though I love the idea. I have my shoes (wedding color Purple). Loving the ideas though! keep them coming!
ETA a friend suggested blue pasties… Anyone have experiance with these? how uncomfortable are they?

I adore peacock feathers (mainly for what the bird stands for in myths and stories), but opted against doing a peacock feather themed wedding.
I’ll be wearing a peacock feather in my hair though as my ‘something blue’ ๐
I bought this today on etsy. Woot! ๐

I love the blue Vows! There are so many great ideas out there I am just very limited on what I can do. In a Catholic ceremony we don’t write our own vows, though I love that Idea of writing them in blue!

I saw a great idea on Pinterest …. take some blue thread and embroidered the wedding date in the hem of your dress, or on the inside lining somewhere.

Pretty sure this is what I’m going to do. I’m wearing my grandma’s dress though, so i don’t know how much she’ll like that. So I like the label!

Probably wouldn’t go with your colors, but my something blue is my crinoline!
