What about the six pence in your shoe?

My FH’s sister sent me a little care package with a hanky, a six pence, and a crystal hair pin.

But I still need something borrowed. I’d like some kind of big jewel pin to decorate my bouquet. Since I don’t have a mom, I am not sure where to get it and I might feel weird asking the Future Mother-In-Law.

I got my sister a toe ring with a blue gemstone on it for her "Something Blue". And we are both wearing the rings we inherited from our grandmother as our "Something Old". I know some people wear blue undergarments or a blue garter as their "Something Blue". Something borrowed could be a peice of jewellery… I think the sis is borrowing a tiara from one of her BMs.

i know of a great e-boutique called yoursomethingborrowed.co.uk which hires out the most beautiful jewellery and hair accessories. they’re also available to buy. the items are not cheap but are to die for, really vintage inspired chic. i bought my tiara there…
