Clubbing/Bar hopping/Socializing in crowded places.

I seriously hate it. Dinner at a restaraunt? Great. Party at a friends house? Sign me up. Fighting my through a crowded bar and screaming to make myself heard to a friend 3 inches away? No thanks.

@MacFaniam24: for me it’s flowers, I hate flowers, I never see the point, I see some women get flowers today and they like “oh my God, they’re beautiful..” tomorrow morning, first thing where are the flowers “in the garbage can”. Seriously, what was all the fuss about. Anyway, this is just me, I hate flowers, from the moment I started dating FH and let him know straight up, don’t you ever dare buy me flowers.

FYI: Lol, I love traveling, I just enjoy learning about new culture, seeing different things, it’s very exciting for me, but FH is not so much into it, he’ll do it but he’s not as excited about it as I am.

Shopping. I feel like I’m going to suffocate after 10 minutes in a mall. I try to shop online when I absolutely need something, or wear the same things until they start getting holes. If I was rich I’d have a personal shopper, I just HATE HATE the physical shopping experience.

-bars/clubs/parties

-ethnic food/sushi

-beer

-sports of any kind

-most outdoor activities (camping, white water rafting, paintball, etc)

-ice skating! i wouldn’t pay to walk around in a circle… why would i pay to glide around in a circle?

-most reality tv (except teen mom and 16 and pregnant… bc those are AWESOME)

Hmmm…I guess the first thing that comes to mind is pilates! I hate it! All of my friends love it though…I’d rather do yoga or go for a run. Also, exercise wise I hate the ellipctical. I feel like it’s a lazy woman’s workout.

SPORTS!!!  I hate the atmosphere at most live games (especially football).  And I hate watching sports on TV b/c it is like watching paint dry.  I also don’t like people screaming in my ear!

Oh! @CorgiTales: reminded me:

I also hate leaves. Raking leaves, jumping in piles of leaves, walkng in leaves… They are itchy and bothersome. Also, snow. Its cold, its wet, and it is a given that my Fiance will use it to launch snowballs at me when he KNOWS I can’t stand the stuff.

I hate all activities involving snow, aaannnd I just booked my engagement shoot for Jan 26th. Mother @#%#$% !!!!!

Sports! All of them. My husband hates sports too so we are hoping/praying/burning anti sports intense/casting spells that our future children are not sports nuts.

Camping. Ugh, we went every year when I was little – like tent in the woods camping. I’m almost 30 now, I want to sleep in a real bed at night and take a real shower in the morning.

Corona beer.

  • I hate flowers too! My fiance used to bring them home to me all the time until I told him I would rather get chocolates. He has not given me any flowers or chocolates since then…
  • Window shopping – I shop with purpose.
  • Home party business invitations – whether it’s for jewelry, cookware, bakeware, candles, dildo’s, financial planning, etc. I hate going. I own everything I ever need, and if I don’t, there are only 2 reasons I don’t: (1) I don’t deem it worthy enough to spend money on, (2) I don’t have the money for it. Friends who only talk to me to invite me to these things have been placed on my Bad Friends list, especially after I’ve declined on the 4th invitation. For some of them, it’s come to the point where I don’t open their Evites and when pinged separately to confirm my email address, I don’t reply. I figured, if I ever see them again I can just tell them their emails must go straight to spam. And if they insist I come, I can be a bad guest by showing up without RSVPing, eating all their food and leaving without buying anything. Maybe then they’ll remove me from their list….bwahahaha!
  • Crushing on actors, sports figures, etc. – I never understood it. Why obsess on someone you will never meet/attain? I’d rather crush on the normal guy living next door…
  • Barbie – Another one I never understood. Then again, I grew up in Southeast Asia, so it was pretty ridiculous to dream about being a blue-eyed blond.
  • Gardening (thanks Bakerella!) – I kill everything too and don’t think it’s enjoyable.
  • Reality TV – that’s what the news is for.

Shopping, I hate it!  I also have never been a fan of clubs/bars, so I’ve never been to one.

So glad you said that about traveling! I feel the same way and always thought I must be weird- I am terrified of flying and usually find that by day 5 I’m ready to head home. Traveling just seems like more effort than the trip is usually worth. I live close to the beach, a major city, gambling, etc – I’ve got all the trips I need right here.  And I would also rather spend the $$ on other things (clothes and jewelry!) I’m trying to be more open to it though. I went to Europe last spring and once I was there I had a pretty good time.

The other thing everyone loves that I don’t understand is sports! I went to a big basketball school and my friends used to cry when our team lost. I don’t mind the atmosphere of a game (especially football) but truly don’t get why anyone besides the players would CRY over a lost game! I could never care that much. I spend every sports game I attend zoning out and thinking about something else.

@MacFaniam24: I don’t like the process of traveling (i.e., packing/unpacking, airports, plane rides, waiting, etc.) but I do like visiting new places and experiencing new culture, food, sights, etc. I cannot wait until the Star Trek Transporter is sold at Best Buy.
