@MrsConnick:  Im frustrated for you;( I would def recommend that you start temping.  It will help you track your O time and even if AF is about to show.  Even if you are not TTC actively, temping can really help you.  It really gave me peace of mind.  GL and I hope you get some peace of mind soon.

@MrsConnick:  I was on a non-hormal BC for years, and I was rarely late. I removed the BC in January and suddenly AF is all wonky. There really is no rationale for it. It is so frustrating! I feel your pain.

I temped for 6 months prior to removing the BC (since it was non-hormal, I was ovulating). I think it helped me to be comfortable with the process (It is harder than it sounds) and see some patterns. But my “stupid” body promptly dismissed my normal pattern the month we started TTC.

I have a theory that normal is actually slightly different every month, but I never noticed until I put it under a microscope with the temping, charting and OPKs.
