Nuts, fruit, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes…when I’m not lazy, I like to get green beans and give them a quick steam and then keep them in the fridge to munch on.

Fruit, cucumber slices, baby carrots, PC Blue menu popcorn mini bags (100cal per bag = aprox. 4cups), raw almonds, low fat chocolate pudding for sweet cravings.

Grapes, baby carrots w/ a fat free dip, pretzels, any of those 100 calorie packs are great & they have so many out there now! Popsicles, popcorn, wheat thins, jell-o…

Baby carrots, the Special K crackers and cracker chips with a wedge of laughing cow cheese, fruits, and a low calorie protein bar are my go tos.

Nothing too fun – almonds, raw veggies and V8 juice are my usual snacks.  Boring!

Kale chips here too!  I’ve been making a lot of these lately.  Also apples with peanut butter, string cheese and almonds.

Popcorn with olive oil spray and parmesan cheese–semi-healthy and the little bit of fat from the cheese and o.o. helps you feel full longer because your body takes longer to digest fats–when I was super-munchy this weekend that was the solution.

Peanut butter.

Fresh green beans and sugar snap peas are nice, crunchy snacks, too, lots of fiber (again, fullness) and since they have a natural sweetness you can skip any sort of dip and not miss it so much.

Lately I’ve been into raw unsalted almonds, wasa multi-grain crackers with cheese slices, all natural peanut butter… today  I saw a recipe for apple sandwiches. It’s two slices of apples (horizontally sliced, with the core cut out, so they look kinda like doughnuts!) with peanut butter, granola, and chocolate chips. Raisins would probably be a healthier choice unless you’re using 60% cocoa chips.

Cottage cheese with tomatoes and salt and pepper is a favorite as well.
