Angel by Jack Johnson. It was a song on the first CD my now hubby lent me way back at the beginning. The artist holds the meaning for us, but the song fitted nicely for the occassion

I always loved the traditional version of the bridal march, but I went with the “Bridal March” by Jonathan Cain.  Had a little contemporary element to it…

My mother walked down the aisle to Love of a Lifetime by Firehouse. I’ll be walking down to I Cross My Heart by George Strait, which FH’s cousin will be singing!

I walked down the aisle to Only Hope by Allen Chang. It’s a violin cover of the song from the movie A Walk to Remember. I wanted an instrumental song!

I’m using “La Vie en Rose” by Lois Armstrong – my wedding is HIMYM themed. I’m trying to do a rearrangement of it to have the vocals come first, and the big band comes second.

I always like a classic.

We had a string quartet play Canon in D Major by Pachelbel.

We also had a string quartet and they played Liz on top of the world from Pride & Prejudice. It’s one of my favorite movies and I when I heard that I remember thinking, wow, I want to walk down the aisle to that song, and I did!

What kind of music do you like? Classical, spiritual, pop, rock, etc?

Buorn guirno princissipa by Nicola Pivioni. It’s from Life is Beautiful. My husband’s family is Italian and I just really like the song.  All songs played before the ceremony were movie scores or instrumentals. I like the idea of no words and just beautiful music.

I am walking down the aisle to Canon in D Major by Pachelbel. Its a very pretty song and gave me an emotional feeling that I was looking for. It will be played on the acoustic guitar.
