I cry over A LOT of music but lately it’s this cover by The Piano Guys and the music video itself certainly doesn’t help the waterworks either. Maybe I shouldn’t have picked it as my song to walk down the aisle to because God knows I’m gonna be a blubbering idiot!

PS–Seriously watch the video if you haven’t already. It’s so sweet!

Green Day “Good Riddance”. Two friends in high school died in a car accident and it was played at their funerals.

chelseaadarlingg :  I am going to look up your list as I don’t know any of them. Here are mine:

1) She’s Gonna Make It – George Strait (she is finally happy now without him and he’s learned a lesson that he should have appreciated her)

2) The Scientist – Coldplay (breakup and really beautiful about maybe getting back together, maybe not, but looking back on what you had very fondly)

3) Live Like You Are Dying – Rascal Flatts (health scare)

4) Glycerine – Bush (breakup regret over mistakes. Very unhealthy and such a pretty song.

5) Highway 20 Ride – Zac Brown Band (a divorced guy missing living with their children)

beatlesluvr :  yes – that one gets me every time too.

“I Can’t Make You Love Me” – Bonnie Raitt (and I freaking hate country music but this just stabs me)

“Everybody Hurts” – R.E.M.

So showing my age with these but ah, well…

Mad World – Gary Jules. If I am driving I almost have to pull up because I will sob.

In my Youth- Noiseworks. This reminds me of my Brother who passed away when I was young.

Breathe Me- Sia. Because of Six Feet Under. I actually walked down the aisle to an instrumental version of this.

Slow Cheetah by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It came out right after my grandfather passed away after battling Alzheimers. I think of him every time I hear that song.

As someone who lost my own father and know that’s what the song is about, the video is heartwrenching…I was on the treadmill at the gym the first time I saw it …I was so upset watching it, I wasn’t paying attention and walked right off the side of the treadmill…with tears rolling down my face…lol

Oh  god yes, The Eagles Wasted Time . Also Desperado. And the Dolly Parton version of I Will Always Love you.  Lik many pps. not usually a country fan, but do they know how to tug heart strings!

Oh, and Bright Eyes from  Watership Down. I can’t even think the line “Bright eyes ,closing in pain ..” without tearing  up. Like right now .
