I feel like regardless of how much sleep I get lately I am just tired all the time.
Even though I’m fairly certain it won’t happen I hope that I have an ice day tomorrow, Thursdays are my longest day, 9 am- 10 pm. And it’s exhausting even when I do feel well rested.
I just wanted to put this out there somehow.
How do you deal with tiredness?

I have been suffering from insommnia lately…I am switching jobs lately and thank goodness I will have some more time to sleep. I have been working 10 hour days on 2 hours of sleep a LOT lately. I have some perscription strength sleep meds (the non-additictive type) that I take every once in awhile when I need to pass out early (like last night…I went to bed at 9 because I had to be to work at 6).
I also believe I sleep much better if I have been working out atleast a couple days a week. I also try to NOT take naps so that at night I sleep better.
I’m sorry and I’ll cross my fingers for an ice day for ya 😉 Or at the very least a good nights sleep. Where do you work?

@ accorn – Wow, 9AM to 10PM is a very long shift! I don’t blame you for wanting an ice day!
I have started taking a multivitamin lately, and I’ve noticed that it REALLY helps me to have more energy. I take the One a Day Women’s Active Metabolism vitamins. I think they work wonders! Good luck! I’m wishing an ice day your direction!
